




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide support in area-related tasks, construction project monitoring, valuation activities, and report generation within a university environment committed to holistic education. Emphasis on teamwork and social service Provide support for tasks carried out by the department. Support monitoring of construction Gantt charts and assist in generating requirements within the system. Support valuation processes for construction projects, assisting in consolidating evidence of work performed, in coordination with the immediate supervisor. Support the generation of reports on processes handled, in coordination with the department assistant and coordinator. Maintain constant communication and promptly inform the coordination team about any incidents or occurrences. Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements Education * Graduates of the Civil Engineering professional program. **Required Knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of infrastructure construction and maintenance. * Basic ability to read and interpret construction drawings. * Elementary knowledge of quantity surveying and progress control. * Basic proficiency in office software (Word, Excel). **Desirable Knowledge:** * Basic proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software. * Basic understanding of occupational safety and health. * Introductory knowledge of construction or maintenance management.
