Positive work environment C\&T ENGINEERING GROUP SAC, a company engaged in construction, telecommunications, architecture, and engineering, is looking for a **SITE SUPERVISOR** with experience in civil works. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise and coordinate laborers, skilled workers, and assistants * Assign tasks according to the work plan. * Monitor attendance and staff performance. * Coordinate with the site resident. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction projects. * Knowledge of construction regulations. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints. * Availability to work on-site in ICA. **WE OFFER** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Opportunity for professional growth. * Positive work environment.
