




Job Description: We are looking for the best talent to fill the COOK position with the following profile: Requirements: \- Completed studies in Gastronomy and/or Culinary Arts and/or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year or more of experience in similar positions. \- Experience in preparing cold dishes, grilled items, and hot dishes (desirable). \- Availability to work in Cercado de Lima. \- Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with 1 day off per week. Job Objective: \- Process and prepare food or supplies required by departments or customers, complying with hygiene and safety standards. Responsibilities: \- Assist in planning supply requirements for the warehouse department. \- Carry out tasks assigned by the department supervisor according to established recipes (portion sizes, textures, flavors, colors). \- Prepare food for storage. \- Portion food and package it for storage or subsequent processing. \- Perform cooking or frying of supplies to prepare dishes requested by customers. \- Prepare Mise en Place according to department supervisor’s requirements or instructions. \- Verify the good condition of ingredients used in dish preparation. \- Supervise kitchen assistants’ activities regarding production, preparation, portioning, among others. \- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, complying with safety and hygiene standards.
