Key Responsibilities:* Achieve monthly new loan disbursement targets according to your assigned level (Junior, Senior, or Master). * Strictly monitor monthly loan renewals as part of delivering excellent service to our clients. * Enforce credit policies in accordance with the methodology applied in the region where services are provided. * Recover loans to ensure portfolio quality, maintaining PAR >30 days below 3\.0% per the end-of-month portfolio report. * Follow credit-stage-specific protocols at each phase of the credit cycle. * Conduct group visits punctually according to repayment frequency (weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, or monthly). * Ensure clients remain within VFM by delivering high-quality service. * Immediately follow up on delinquency starting from the first day of arrears, ensuring repayment through the designated group reference at institutions appointed by the organization. * Comply with institutional fraud prevention policies and procedures for each client. * Uphold the organization’s mission, vision, core values, and social impact. * Participate in emergency training programs, drills, and activities in locations affected by adverse events, disasters, emergencies, or incidents.
