Coordination for concrete discharge and compliance with safety requirements. **Location:** Pataz – La Libertad (Mining Project) **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (preferred). * Minimum **2 years** of experience as a **concrete drum mixer** operator. * Knowledge of concrete operation, loading, and unloading at construction sites. * Experience in mining projects or heavy construction (preferred). * Availability to work under the **mining work regime**. * Fit for working at heights and in mine areas. * Knowledge of **safety, occupational health, and environmental** regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Operate the **concrete drum mixer** safely and efficiently. * Transport and discharge concrete according to project requirements. * Conduct daily inspections of the equipment before and after operation. * Maintain cleanliness and operational conditions of the drum mixer. * Strictly comply with the mining project’s safety procedures. * Report mechanical failures, incidents, or unsafe conditions. * Coordinate with site personnel for proper concrete discharge. Capable of analyzing legal risks, preparing technical reports, managing procedures before public agencies, and supporting management in strategic decision-making. **Key Competencies** · **Legal Knowledge:** o Labor Law: hiring, employment modalities, vacations, leaves, disciplinary sanctions, internal work regulations, collective bargaining. o Mining Law: concessions, exploration and exploitation permits, environmental authorizations, mine safety, SUCAMEC (explosives), SUNAT (controlled goods). · **Document Management:** drafting contracts, board minutes, notarial letters, legal contingency reports. · **Regulatory Compliance:** handling the TUO of D.
