Job Summary: We are seeking an Assembly Operator to lead and execute high-complexity assemblies, with experience in advanced blueprint reading and crew supervision on industrial projects. For this project, we are currently seeking an* **Assembly Operator**, *who meets the following profile:* * **Assembly Operator:** Responsible for advanced blueprint reading, crew supervision, and execution of high-complexity assemblies. **Common Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in industrial assembly or civil construction projects. * **Safety:** Essential knowledge of **working at heights** and use of PPE (lifeline, harness). * **Residence:** Preferably residing in **Tarma** or nearby areas in **Junín**. **Service Conditions:** * **Labor Regime:** **14 days of work followed by 7 days of rest (14x7\)**. * **Payment Method:** Via **Professional Service Receipt** (Service Contract).
