A construction-sector company is seeking a Technical Office Manager for a construction project, with solid experience in technical, contractual, and administrative management for building projects. Licensed Civil Engineer, registered and authorized to practice. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction execution. Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Offices, contract coordination, or administration of public works contracts. Proven experience in: preparation and management of valuations; work change orders; detailed quantity take-offs and deductive items; time extensions; physical–financial project control. Knowledge of: State Procurement Law and current regulations. Technical files, quantity take-offs, budgets, and cost analysis. Construction scheduling and control. Procurement processes on construction sites. ERP S10 (intermediate–advanced level). Intermediate-level Excel. Salary: S/.3,232.76 – S/.10,276.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
