Position Summary: We are seeking Nursing Faculty to guide students, develop class sessions, assess learning outcomes, and participate in institutional activities. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in the educational process of future nursing professionals 2. Creation and development of classroom sessions according to the syllabus 3. Active participation in institutional meetings and activities We are the Sergio Bernales Garcia Institute in the city of Cañete, and we are currently seeking faculty members for our Nursing Program. JOB REQUIREMENTS: · Nursing degree · Teaching experience or facilitation of workshops and/or training sessions is desirable. · Minimum one year of verifiable teaching experience. · Proficiency in virtual educational platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.) and digital tools for education. · Availability to teach according to the scheduled timetable. · Availability to teach in person. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Guide students throughout the educational process · Create and deliver classroom sessions according to the assigned course syllabus · Evaluate the teaching \- learning process · Record results (grades) in the respective educational forms. · Participate in institutional meetings and activities BENEFITS: · Formal employment with statutory benefits from day one. · Ongoing professional training .
