Teamwork and adherence to internal procedures A leading Peruvian retail company is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Arequipa City Center branch. We seek a responsible and committed individual with warehouse experience who can perform operational tasks including loading, unloading, storage, and transportation of goods, as well as oversee the warehouse’s proper functioning and stock control. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** \* Load and unload goods and trucks. \* Transport boxes and products from the warehouse to the sales floor. \* Receive, count, and verify incoming goods. \* Correctly locate and store products in assigned areas. \* Prepare goods for replenishment of the sales floor. \* Assist in inventories and conduct product counts. \* Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies, shortages, overages, or damaged items. \* Maintain an organized, clean, and properly arranged warehouse. \* Coordinate daily activities with warehouse staff. \* Control outgoing goods and related documentation. \* Report incidents, shrinkage, and inventory discrepancies. \* Comply with internal warehouse procedures and safety regulations. \* Perform other operational tasks inherent to warehouse functions. **REQUIREMENTS:** \* Completed secondary education. \* Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience, preferably as supervisor or responsible person. \* Experience in inventories and goods handling. \* Prior experience coordinating staff is desirable. \* Willingness to perform physical work, including loading, unloading, and transporting boxes. \* Ability to work effectively in a team. \* Responsibility, organization, and commitment. **WORK SCHEDULE:** \* Morning shift: 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. \* Afternoon shift: 1:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. \* Night shift: Starting at 10:00 p.m., twice per week according to schedule. \* Rotating 6-days-on/1-day-off schedule with rotating shifts. **WE OFFER:** \* S/ 1,150 \+ S/ 350 transportation allowance. \* Bi-weekly and end-of-month payroll. \* Positive work environment. \* Job stability. **WORK LOCATION:** Historic Arequipa City Center – Mercaderes Street.
