We are currently seeking an Impact and Compensation Monitor who meets the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: Civil Engineer and/or Agricultural Engineer and/or Surveyor and/or Agricultural Specialist and/or Architect and/or Geographer Minimum 02 years of experience as an engineer and/or responsible person and/or specialist and/or head and/or supervisor and/or inspector and/or monitor and/or professional and/or assistant and/or any combination of these titles in/of: Land Impacts or PACRI and/or Physical-Legal Land Regularization and/or Impact Assessment and/or Release of Impacts and/or Land Parcels and/or Areas and/or Land Valuation and/or Cadastral Surveys and/or Expropriations for Road Works and/or Cadastral Surveys In construction supervision and/or execution and/or inspection in general, counted from professional registration. Immediate availability to work full-time in Chepén\-La Libertad. Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of Public Management and the State Procurement Law. Intermediate level of Microsoft Office. Proactive, organized, and responsible. EDUCATION: Registered member of the professional association for Civil Engineering and/or Agricultural Engineering and/or Surveying and/or Agricultural Science and/or Architecture and/or Geography. FUNCTIONS: \-Coordinate with the Entity's PACRI staff. \-Verify impacts released by PACRI. \-Inform the Entity of possible impacts arising from the final layout. \-Other duties according to specialization and/or technical file and/or supervisor's and/or Entity's requirements.
