**\*\*\*Applicants should be available and willing to work on site \*\*\*** **Applications Development Analyst III \- Salesforce Administrator Contractor** =============================================================================== **Position overview:** A Salesforce Administrator Contractor is responsible for supporting the ongoing operations and data integrity of the company’s Salesforce instance, ensuring that go\-to\-market teams have the tools and data needed to operate efficiently. **Key responsibilities:** * Support ongoing operations and data integrity of the Salesforce instance. * Ensure go\-to\-market teams have reliable tools and data for efficient execution. * Work closely with the Platforms \& Infrastructure team to manage day\-to\-day system tasks, including campaign execution, data hygiene, and user support. * Assist with the creation, upload, and maintenance of campaigns to help marketing and sales teams track performance and engagement. * Maintain high data quality by managing uploads, resolving duplicates, and performing regular data hygiene reviews. * Triage and resolve system requests, access issues, and bug reports to ensure smooth system operation. * Partner cross\-functionally with GTM, marketing operations, and revenue operations teams to ensure Salesforce processes are reliable and well\-documented. **Requirements \& Core Competencies:** * Schedule flexibility. * Managing self development * Embracing technology * Focusing on customers * Giving support **Functional competencies:** * Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, campaigns, reports, and user management. * Experience with campaign creation, data imports, and record deduplication. * Familiarity with managing system access, login troubleshooting, and basic issue triage. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment with shifting priorities. * High attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining data accuracy. * Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong collaboration across teams. **Qualifications:** * English \- B2: * Oral and written comprehension. * Appropriate use of language. * **1–2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud preferred).** * Experience in handling campaign operations and data management. **Equal Opportunity Employer** At TELUS Digital, we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
