That’s living the Gallagher Way. **Description** Responsible for developing training content to meet company needs and/or enhance the quality of existing content. Responsible for analyzing training needs, designing courses, facilitating learning initiatives, and delivering training. **How You’ll Make an Impact** * Consult with management, business owners, and retail sector leaders to identify training needs and ensure course content, teaching methodologies, and training materials meet these requirements. * Identify appropriate training media and methodologies based on learners’ learning styles, the nature of the training, participants’ locations, and their level within the learning process. * Conduct training needs assessments, course content development, program evaluations, and participant tests/assessments. * Coordinate with induction specialists to deliver structured training to both new hires and experienced employees. * Develop and administer tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs. * Propose improvements to training program quality based on measurement data. * Support sourcing external training providers. **About You** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Psychology, or related fields. * 3 years of experience managing core systems or serving as a functional leader for change management projects. * Experience in technical/systems training. * Advanced English proficiency (B2 conversational level).
