




Objective Handle, represent and organize regional projects, anti-money laundering law and other assets, OTC and CRISP, management of platforms and sales tools, liaison with other departments, manage department purchases through GET and executive vacations. Functions . Represent the SV sales department in calls or presentations for upcoming projects, follow up on daily requirements. . Provide visibility to the team on progress through reports or dashboards showing achievements. . Organize the local team in necessary activities for project implementation. . Review customer requests regarding anti-money laundering regulations. . Complete forms required by customers. . Coordinate other departments needed for information updates. . Share, maintain and document guidelines that the OTC/CRISP team requires during testing. . Maintain documentation of the use of FOC accounts corresponding to sales. . Manage access via CRT for new members of the sales team. . Provide support to the team in special requests that only the administrator can perform. . Generate reports allowing the team to visualize shipped sales and pending invoicing. . Manage the creation and administration of intercompany accounts corresponding to sales.
