It ALL STARTS WITH YOU! **It starts with you.** What will you do? * Excel as a winder, ensuring quality of semi-finished products, packaging, and safely performing heavy lifting tasks. Strive to meet line indicators such as productivity and waste reduction. * Produce finished goods at the lowest possible cost while controlling raw material waste according to specified quality standards, fulfilling the production schedule in assigned quantities and codes. * Solve problems in key processes and sub-processes, making accurate decisions to resolve any issues during the shift. * Maintain control over raw material and operational material consumption, ensuring process continuity to contribute to cost transformation savings and proper inventory control. * Effectively distribute and coordinate line personnel. * Participate in and promote the application of EHS policies, procedures, instructions, and management tools through the three obligations: SEE IT, OWN IT, SOLVE IT (SOS).
