Monitor progress and propose adjustments to timelines and resources as project needs evolve. * BIM Model Management: Coordinate integration of multidisciplinary BIM models (architecture, structure, MEP). Ensure models are up-to-date and accurate to reflect real-time changes. * Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate communication among design teams, construction teams, and stakeholders.
