Exposure to real exploration projects across different regions **Job Summary:** We are looking for a Mining Engineer to join our team on exploration projects in various regions of Peru (Ica, Huancayo, Ancash...). This role involves supervising field activities, coordinating technical operations, and supporting the development of mining projects in remote, high-altitude areas. This is a mine-site-based position; therefore, the candidate will reside at the camp during work periods. We seek a proactive, independent, and self-motivated individual capable of autonomously managing field responsibilities. The role requires high travel availability, adaptability to field conditions, and a results-oriented mindset. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate field mining exploration activities, including underground mining operations * Evaluate and report on project progress (sampling, drilling, etc.) * Support the planning and execution of exploration campaigns * Coordinate with technical teams, contractors, and local communities * Prepare technical reports and progress reports * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and applicable regulatory standards * Support geological and operational data collection in the field * Provide assistance with technical documentation and permitting processes when required **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Mining Engineering * Minimum 5 years of experience in mining or exploration projects * Experience in mining operations (underground mining experience is a plus) * Fieldwork experience (preferably in high-altitude areas) * Availability for mine-site work and extended stays at camp * Knowledge of Peruvian mining regulations and safety standards * Proficiency in basic reporting tools (Excel; technical software is a plus) * Valid driver's license (desirable) * Strong teamwork, leadership, and decision-making skills * Ability to adapt to remote and demanding environments **Compensation and Benefits:** * Monthly salary: S/ 8,000 – S/ 12,000, commensurate with experience * Accommodation and meals provided at the mine site * Work-related transportation expenses covered * Long-term career development opportunity with a growing mining company * Exposure to real exploration projects across different regions of Peru * Professional and dynamic work environment **Position Type:** Full-time **Work Location:** On-site (mine site) Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.8,000.00 \- S/.12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
