Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant with experience in the mining sector to support reporting, personnel procedures, logistics tracking, and general administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in consolidating drilling reports and progress updates. 2. Support in personnel entry and demobilization procedures. 3. Administrative management of maintenance and SSOMAC. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 02 years of experience as an administrative assistant in the mining sector (MANDATORY). - Technical degree in Administration and/or related fields. - Immediate availability to work on mining projects in various regions of the country. - Valid AII driver's license (MANDATORY). RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist in consolidating drilling reports and daily drilling progress updates. - Assist in sending invoices and other project-related documents to Lima. - Handle procedures and registration for new personnel entry and/or demobilization. - Prepare and report internal AKD weekly man-hour and labor charts. - Support tracking of personnel travel quotas, both for arrivals and departures. - Support coordination with the mine regarding personnel accommodation and meals. - Support preparation of client-requested reports in coordination with the Administrator. - Monitor and track Pre-employment Medical Examinations, inductions, and Annexes 14A and 14B. - Support administrative management of maintenance and SSOMAC. - Other duties as assigned by management according to the position profile.-Requirements- Minimum education: Technical 2 years of experience Driver's licenses: A-II-A, A-II-B Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, aide, administrative, assistant, helper, aide
