Job Summary: We are seeking Hall Hostesses for a leading entertainment company, responsible for greeting customers, promoting services, and managing on-site raffles. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receive and communicate promotions to customers in the gaming hall. 2. Monitor the service provided to customers. 3. Report suspicious behaviors to minimize risks. RR.HH Cambridge is currently recruiting Hall Hostesses for a leading entertainment company in Huaraz. REQUIREMENTS: - Completed secondary education. - 1 year of experience as a HALL HOSTESS or PROMOTER. - Availability to work rotating shifts. FUNCTIONS: - Greet customers in the gaming hall and communicate promotions. - Monitor the service provided to customers playing in the hall. - Make public address announcements regarding raffles, promotions, and prizes, following instructions from the Hall Manager, in a manner that motivates and excites customers. - Exchange showcase prizes for tickets and/or accumulated points. - Report suspicious behaviors observed in customers or hall staff to the Security Agent and Hall Manager to prevent or minimize risks. WE OFFER: - Salary range: PEN 1,150 to 1,500, depending on hall size and experience. - Benefits as stipulated by law. - Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: PEN 1,150.00 – PEN 1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
