Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to prepare and decorate bakery products, ensuring quality and compliance with hygiene standards in a dynamic kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in the decoration and assembly of desserts for a final presentation. 2. Ensure the freshness and quality of raw materials during preparation. 3. Operate specialized equipment and comply with food hygiene standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** •Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Pastry Arts, Baking, or related fields. •Minimum 5 years of experience in bakery and pastry. •2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef. •Intermediate level English proficiency. (Desirable) •Intermediate level SAP knowledge. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** •Prepare ingredients required for pastry products following established recipes. •Collaborate in the decoration and assembly of desserts and confectionery items for final presentation. •Perform pastry mise en place and organize the work area to ensure efficient workflow. •Verify the freshness and quality of raw materials used in product preparation. •Operate specialized equipment such as mixers, molds, cutters, and ovens, ensuring proper use and cleaning. •Comply with food hygiene and safety standards (GMP) at all stages of preparation and production. •Support the preparation of desserts and special products for events, banquets, and buffets. •Report any irregularities regarding supplies, equipment, or processes to the area supervisor. •Participate in cleaning and maintenance tasks in the pastry area to ensure organization and order. •Perform other duties as required by the Kitchen Department and/or Management. **BENEFITS:** Competitive market-based salary. Job Summary: Coordinate and manage unloading, production, and quality operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and report preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of unloading and production operations. 2. Management of operational reports and regulatory compliance (PRODUCE). 3. Verification of raw material quality and cleaning of areas. Manage letters regarding scale entry errors with the relevant departments. 14. Prepare the annual budget for dock and ice services and conduct monthly monitoring. 15. Participate operationally in the monthly closing of dock and ice services together with involved departments. 16. Perform other activities required to fulfill assigned responsibilities and those falling within the scope of competence.
