We are looking for: **PURCHASING TEAM LEADER** The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of all goods and services necessary for the company's operations, guaranteeing quality, delivery times, and optimal costs, as well as managing supplier relationships and budget compliance. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or Foreign Trade. \- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a purchasing manager, supervisor, or coordinator. \- Preferably with knowledge and/or experience in purchasing beauty, perfumery, personal care, and barber products. \- Knowledge of import processes and customs regulations. \- Experience negotiating prices with national and international suppliers. \- Intermediate level of English language proficiency. \- Intermediate level of Excel proficiency. **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Design, implement, evaluate, and update purchasing policies and procedures to achieve strategic objectives. \- Ensure compliance with national and international regulations in the acquisition of beauty, personal care, cosmetic, and/or barber products. \- Plan and execute monthly and annual purchasing plans. \- Negotiate agreements and contracts with suppliers to obtain greater commercial benefits. \- Ensure the purchasing process for goods and services is completed within established timelines. \- Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS** \- Payroll under Small Business Labor Regime. \- ESSALUD and VIDA LEY insurance. \- Paid birthday leave. **Azize Ingenieros S.A.C** Engineering and Road Works Supervision Consulting Company is looking for (1\) Surveying Technician. **Requirements:** Degree/Diploma in Drilling, Civil Construction, Surveying or related fields. Courses/Certifications, among others, related to the position. Minimum 2 years of experience in the role. Communication skills and ability to work in a team. **Must reside in Piura and/or Talara (Do not apply if you do not meet this requirement).** **Responsibilities:** Conduct topographic surveys and controls to obtain data. Verify compatibility between the layout shown in technical file drawings and actual site conditions. Ensure the executing company uses qualified personnel, appropriate equipment, and materials for surveying, staking, referencing, calculation, and data recording. Monitor road centerline points indicated in the technical file. Evaluate that georeferencing is carried out by establishing control points using UTM coordinates at approximately 10 km intervals.
