




Position Summary: Technically, administratively, and operationally direct infrastructure project execution, ensuring compliance with contractual scope, quality, and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Leads the execution of infrastructure and steel structure projects. 2. Controls project schedules, budgets, and resources. 3. Ensures compliance with quality and safety standards. * PROFESSIONAL PROFILE * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer or Mechanical Engineer. * Minimum of five (05) years of professional experience. * Minimum of three (03) years of specific experience in infrastructure construction, steel structures, industrial warehouses, electrical substations, or similar projects. * Knowledge of steel structure assembly, working at heights, valuation, cost control, and project management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and AutoCAD. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES a) Technically, administratively, and operationally direct project execution, ensuring compliance with contractual scope. b) Plan, coordinate, and control civil works, truss fabrication and installation, metal roof installation, and finishing works. c) Verify that all work is executed per drawings, technical specifications, applicable regulations, and client quality standards. d) Develop and monitor the construction schedule, ensuring achievement of milestones and contractual deadlines. e) Manage timely procurement of materials, equipment, tools, and necessary resources to prevent execution delays. f) Administer and control the construction budget, measurements, valuations, extras, and deductions, ensuring project profitability. g) Coordinate continuously with the SSOMA Engineer to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety procedures, promoting zero-accident project execution. h) Promptly address and resolve observations raised by the client and supervision. i) Participate in coordination meetings and issue daily, weekly, and monthly physical and financial progress reports. j) Supervise and monitor field personnel and subcontractors’ performance, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to technical specifications. k) Manage access permits, operational coordination, and restrictions specific to the Miguel Grau Substation and client facilities. Salary: S/.4,000.00 - S/.5,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
