We are seeking a Junior Level 2 Analyst (On-site Technical Support Technician Level 2) with experience in this role. **Requirements:** * Experience in technical support for desktop applications * Windows 10 and 11, Office 2003, 2007, 2016, 2021, and MAC, verifiable via employment certificates. * Experience in the healthcare sector * Desired knowledge of ITIL Foundations. **Responsibilities:** * Resolve hardware and software operational issues on-site quickly and efficiently. * Configure devices, PCs, printers, mobile devices, etc. * Address hardware failures in computing assets. * Replace components in IT equipment.
