At Panadex Peru, we are seeking a **SENIOR AUDIOLOGIST** for SAN ISIDRO **Main responsibilities:** * **Diagnosis:** Conduct tests (audiometry, speech audiometry) to assess the degree and type of hearing loss or balance disorders. * **Treatment:** Design, fit, and dispense hearing aids and cochlear implants, and develop auditory and balance rehabilitation programs. * **Prevention:** Educate patients and communities about hearing health and noise protection. * **Counseling:** Advise patients and their families on managing their conditions and available devices. **Skills and knowledge** * In-depth knowledge of the auditory and vestibular systems. * Proficiency in operating audiometric and diagnostic equipment. * Strong communication skills and empathy when working with patients of all ages. * Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams (e.g., otolaryngologists, speech-language pathologists, etc.). **Requirements** * Postgraduate studies (Master’s or Clinical Doctorate – AuD), plus a valid professional license. * Experience in healthcare centers, hospitals, and specialized clinics. * Preferably industrial audiology experience. * Immediate availability.
