We are looking for a Full Stack Technical Leader with \+3 years of experience to lead the architecture and development of our Backend (PHP/Laravel) and Mobile (Flutter/Dart) platforms. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in designing scalable solutions that are efficient and consistent across web and mobile ecosystems. Their primary objective will be to drive technical excellence, optimize development processes, and ensure end\-to\-end product quality, acting as the technical bridge between business strategy and execution. Requirements The Technical Leader will be responsible for defining robust architectures and guiding the team to ensure product quality at every stage. Responsibilities include: **Technical Leadership:** Lead and direct the technical execution of Backend and Mobile development teams. **Architecture:** Define, document, and defend end\-to\-end architectural decisions (APIs, microservices, databases, and mobile applications). **Mentorship and Quality:** Promote and ensure the application of good coding practices (Clean Code, SOLID), adoption of Automated Testing (Unit/Widget), and code review processes (Code Review). **Cross\-Functional Collaboration:** Ensure smooth and effective communication between Development, QA, PMO, and Product teams. **Mobile DevOps:** Supervise and optimize mobile CI/CD processes (App Store and Google Play), using tools such as Fastlane and cloud environments. **Product Vision:** Provide an integrated vision, actively proposing features that enhance user experience and align technical strategy with business objectives. Required Technical Expertise 1\. Backend \& Data **Core Ecosystem:** Expert proficiency in PHP/Laravel. **Databases:** Solid experience with MySQL and SQL Server. **APIs:** Advanced management of REST and GraphQL APIs, including microservices design, error handling, and efficient serialization. **Other Technologies (Plus):** Knowledge of .NET Core, Spring Boot, and Node.js/Python. 2\. Mobile \& Frontend **Core Mobile Framework:** Expert proficiency in Flutter/Dart for cross\-platform development (iOS and Android). **Mobile Architecture:** Experience with modern architectural patterns (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod). 3\. DevOps and Observability **Mobile DevOps:** Experience with mobile CI/CD, deployments, and associated tooling. **Monitoring:** Experience implementing and managing monitoring, logging, and crash reporting tools (Sentry, Crashlytics) to ensure platform stability.
