Hiring Profile – Junior Editor Department: Communications / Audiovisual / Content Work Mode: On-site Contract Type: Full-time / Freelance / Project-based Position Objective Edit corporate audiovisual pieces efficiently—ensuring speed, message clarity, and alignment with the company’s institutional identity—for diverse internal and external channels. Main Responsibilities \* Editing corporate videos (institutional, testimonial, internal pieces, social media, events, informational capsules, etc.). \* Assembly, basic color correction, and audio processing. \* Adapting content to various formats and platforms. \* Optimizing delivery timelines while maintaining high quality standards. \* Coordinating with communications or marketing teams for revisions and feedback. \* Organizing and managing audiovisual assets (raw footage, drafts, final versions). Requirements \* Completed or ongoing studies in Audiovisual Communication, Communication Sciences, Audiovisual Production, or related fields. \* Prior experience in corporate content editing (preferred). \* Intermediate-to-advanced editing software skills: \* Adobe Premiere Pro \* Knowledge of social media and digital platform formats. \* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
