Position Summary: We are seeking an Electronics Internship - Automation Engineer with experience in industrial automation projects, fault troubleshooting, and control system configuration. AN INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION AND CONTROL COMPANY is looking for: POSITION: ELECTRONICS INTERNSHIP \- AUTOMATION ENGINEER VACANCIES: 1 ● ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduate of Technical Programs in Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Controls, and/or Electrotechnology. \- Minimum 1 year of verifiable work experience in this position. ● KNOWLEDGE: **\* Position-specific knowledge:** \- Familiarity with programming, instrumentation, and control platforms such as "Rockwell Automation", "Siemens", "Schneider Electric", "Mitsubishi", "ABB", "Unitronics", "General Electric", Omron, Danfoss, etc. – Basic Level \- Evaluation of faults in PLC \- HMI \- VFD control systems – Basic Level \- Knowledge of control networks and communication protocols: Ethernet, Profinet, Profibus, HART, Modbus, Serial – Basic Level \- Calibration / adjustment and commissioning of field industrial instruments: controllers, recorders, converters, VCA, signal isolators, primary measurement elements, etc. – Basic Level \- Pneumatic and electro-pneumatic systems \- Reading and interpretation of electrical, electro-pneumatic, and P\&ID diagrams **\* Desired position knowledge:** \- Experience in the development, improvement, and/or execution of industrial automation projects \- Programming and configuration of PLC \- HMI \- DRIVER control equipment \- Motion control systems: SERVODRIVERS \- SCADA monitoring systems **\* Technical knowledge:** \- MS Office \- Intermediate Level \- MS Project or other project management software \- Basic Level \- EPLAN Electric, AUTOCAD Electric or other electrical design software \- Basic \- Intermediate Level \- Engineering English \- Basic \- Intermediate Level ● COMPETENCIES: \- Commitment \- Planning and organization \- Teamwork \- Responsibility ● JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Provide competent, efficient, and safe support in developing automation projects, troubleshooting faults and malfunctions, performing configurations, and commissioning industrial control systems. \- Contribute based on competencies to deliver industrial automation services across multiple processes. \- Design, read, interpret, and/or analyze electrical engineering and P\&ID diagrams. \- Laboratory-based configuration, programming, and/or simulation of equipment. \- Support in electrical panel implementation, component assembly, and preventive maintenance. \- Support for installation, assembly, and/or maintenance of control, electrical, and electronic equipment in the field. \- Preparation of technical reports on completed tasks. ● WORKING CONDITIONS: \- Formal employment contract with possibility of extension. \- On-site work \- Working Hours: Mon. \- Fri. 8 a.m. \- 5:30 p.m. / Sat. 8 a.m. \- 1:30 p.m. \- Work Location: LIMA \- Preferred: Residence near ATE \- Santa Anita. ● BENEFITS: \- Base Salary: S/. 1300 \- Additional Bonus: S/. 100 \- Continuous learning and training opportunities.
