Position Summary: Junior SSOMA Engineer for the industrial automation and control sector, responsible for occupational safety, health, and environmental management. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and commitment in OSH management. 2. Development and updating of OSH management forms and IPERC matrix. 3. Legal compliance monitoring in safety, health, and environment. **INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION AND CONTROL SECTOR COMPANY IS SEEKING:** **POSITION: JUNIOR SSOMA ENGINEER** **VACANCIES: 1** **● ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:** \- Graduate and degree holder in ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING, INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING, MINING ENGINEERING, or related fields. **\- Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in the position.** \- Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) diploma program of no less than 120 hours. \- Postgraduate studies in Integrated Management Systems and/or OSH. \- Certification for high-risk work training: electrical, height, hot work. **\- Minimum verifiable experience in “HIGH-RISK WORK” of no less than 2 years.** \- Knowledge of OSH labor regulations, Law No. 29783. **\* TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** \- MS Office \- Intermediate Level \- MS Project or other project control software \- Intermediate Level. \- Engineering English \- Intermediate Level ● **COMPETENCIES:** \- Leadership \- Commitment \- Planning and organization \- Teamwork \- Responsibility ● **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Development, updating, and/or improvement of OSH management forms. \- Development and/or updating of IPERC matrix. \- Preparation of specific task permits (PETS). \- Delivering inductions, training sessions, and/or start-of-shift safety talks. \- Monitoring legal compliance in occupational safety, health, and environmental matters. \- Preparing and submitting field activity safety and health reports. **● WORK CONDITIONS:** \- Payroll for 3 months, with possibility of extension. \- On-site \- Remote \- Working Hours: Mon. \- Fri. 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. / Sat. 8 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. \- Work Location: LIMA **● BENEFITS:** \- Monthly salary: S/. 2400 \- Additional bonus: S/. 100 \- Continuous learning and training opportunities.
