A leading importer of cleaning products is seeking an Inventory Assistant to monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation of all movements.

A prominent importer of household and personal care cleaning products, with 20 years of market experience, is currently seeking an Inventory Assistant.
Requirements: University degree in Logistics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse control.
Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
Knowledge of Kardex and inventory systems.
ERP system experience is desirable.
Responsibilities: Conduct cyclic, daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inventories. Verify physical stock accuracy against system records (Kardex).
Check product expiration dates and condition.
Manage and report inventory write-offs (damaged, expired, or slow-moving items).
Control documentation for goods receipt and dispatch.
Record local and imported purchase receipts, validating supporting documents (invoices, waybills, commercial invoices).
Maintain up-to-date product batch information.
Identify and report discrepancies in goods receipt; validate full or partial rejections.
Manage inter-warehouse transfers and issue waybills; control internal consumption shipments.
Record movements related to product assembly, disassembly, and reclassification; perform daily Kardex balance reviews.
