**What Are We Looking For?**
Mission:
Execute programs and projects by developing new software solutions that form the foundation of the Factory to which the role belongs.
Responsibilities:
* Participate in Project Refinement, supporting the Scrum Master, Tech Leader, and Product Owner in defining project scope.
* Participate in Project Onboarding, identifying dependencies that may arise at the start of the project to support planning of activities to be carried out in the quarter.
* Develop projects by preparing required functional and technical documentation and building software components according to Factory guidelines and Bank-defined standards.
* Ensure the correct end-to-end functionality of the implemented solution and coordinate the handover plan of implemented solutions to the Reliability team.
* Participate in Communities of Practice, training programs, and knowledge-sharing initiatives implemented across the Bank.
* Coordinate with the Tech Leader and Project Lead to align developments with application evolution strategies, and coordinate with the Reliability team to maintain stable solutions free of technical debt.
* Participate in ceremonies defined within the agile archetype assigned to the project and implement agile practices and artifacts throughout project development.
* Provide advisory on emerging technologies or solutions implemented in previous projects.
* Identify key project activities and synchronize their execution with the team.
* Participate in knowledge transfer sessions (Tech U / Ninja) and Synchro ceremonies with Solution Development teams requiring Reliability team expertise.
* Perform monthly reconciliation of external personnel hours reported in Work Orders against work evidence recorded in management tools (Jira/Helix) and code repositories (Bitbucket/Github, Changeman); this responsibility applies exclusively when assuming the Engineering role of Scrum Master or Kanban Master.
* Consolidate requirements associated with production change requests and verify that information includes sufficient, traceable, and verifiable technical evidence; this responsibility applies exclusively when assuming the Engineering role of Trusted Change Lead.
* Other duties inherent to the position or supporting continuous improvement.
