Prepare and update topographic drawings and graphic documentation. **Full Job Description** We are currently seeking a **Topographic CAD Technician** to provide support in office-based drafting and technical documentation. The position requires a versatile, organized individual capable of alternating between information processing tasks and technical drafting and 3D volume modeling. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform 3D solid and volume modeling for valuation. * Prepare and update topographic drawings, layout drawings, cross-sections, profiles, contour maps, location drawings, and as-built drawings. * Develop quantity take-offs, basic calculations, and required graphic documentation for projects. * Draft drawings in AutoCAD and Civil 3D according to each project’s requirements. * Provide technical support to Engineering, BIM, and Technical Office departments. * Verify elevations, levels, coordinates, alignments, and other technical conditions during work execution. * Maintain orderly topographic data, drawings, digital files, and technical deliverables for each project. * Travel to various company projects as operationally required. **Requirements** * Certified technician or graduate in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Surveyor, Topographic CAD Technician, or similar roles. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. * Experience in processing topographic data and preparing drawings. * Knowledge of reading drawings, quantity take-offs, levels, coordinates, and construction layout. * Willingness to perform both fieldwork and technical office work as project needs require. **Employment Conditions** * Employment type: Payroll (formal employment). * Monthly compensation: between **S/ 3,500 and S/ 4,000**, depending on experience and evaluation. * Work mode: Technical office.
