Job Summary: This role involves protecting people and property, controlling access, recording incidents, and guiding customers to maintain order and security. Key Responsibilities: 1. Protection and surveillance of property and people 2. Control of staff and customer entry and exit 3. Daily management and recording of incidents **WE OFFER:** Base salary of S/.1800 Paid vacations Two bonuses per year (July and December) Four additional days off per year as exchange (completely independent of the vacation days you receive annually) A day off on your birthday Career path or professional growth opportunities Discounts at gyms and more **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week 12 hours per day **RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Safeguard the establishment's movable and immovable property 2\. Protect people from possible incidents or accidents caused by malicious third parties or criminal acts. 3\. With staff: control entry and exit, including backpacks, handbags, pockets, ankles, legs, and wallets. All staff must register what they bring in and take out. 4\. With customers: monitor entry of backpacks, bags, boxes, or sacks; guide customers to the lockers 5\. Strictly control the entry and exit of company merchandise or goods without proper documentation, using the incident logbook and obtaining signatures from responsible parties. 6\. Report daily to Administration any incidents that occur. 7\. Guide and assist customers with vehicles in the parking area. 8\. In case of absence, arrange for a replacement to cover the position. 9\. In case of injuries or wounds, contact emergency services (fire department or Red Cross) 10\. Maintain proper uniform and identification at all times 11\. Assigned control zones will rotate according to company needs. Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
