Position Summary: We are seeking a system programmer to implement and maintain an ERP system, providing comprehensive functional and technical support to ensure its operational continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Software and ERP system implementation from scratch 2. Ensuring 24/7 operational availability and performing continuous updates 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment We are currently looking for a SYSTEM PROGRAMMER to join our team to develop and provide comprehensive support—both functionally for the ERP system and technically (infrastructure and hardware)—ensuring its proper implementation and operational continuity. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \* Implement software and an ERP system from scratch across various organizational departments. \* Log incidents, digitize current workflows (eliminating paper/manual-based processes), and ensure real-time data integrity to optimize integrated processes. \* Guarantee 24/7 operational availability of developed platforms, performing continuous updates. \* Log incidents and improvement requests, and prepare operational manuals to optimize integrated processes. \* Address hardware and software incidents by performing preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. \* Perform other duties assigned by direct supervision. **REQUIREMENTS:** \* Technical diploma, Bachelor's degree, or graduate in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. \* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles, developing and supporting systems and/or ERP solutions. \* Proficiency with various enterprise IT systems and technological support tools. \* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a user-oriented mindset. \* Ability to deliver ongoing training and support to end users. \* Proactive attitude, teamwork capability, and willingness to train departmental staff. \* Immediate availability. **BENEFITS:** \* Market-competitive salary \* Formal payroll enrollment from day one \* 100% covered meals \* Work location: On-site employment **AVAILABILITY:** \* Immediate availability (preferred) \* Willingness to reside in Supe Puerto\- Barranca **APPLICATION PROCEDURE:** \* Applicants may submit their CVs via email to rrhhagroindustrialec@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 9\-00524643; they must remain attentive to their email inbox and/or WhatsApp (the number registered on the Indeed platform) for subsequent stages of the selection process) Work location: On-site employment
