Professional development in project management We are currently looking for a Project Manager For one of our clients, we seek a professional oriented toward project planning, coordination, and monitoring, ensuring achievement of objectives, deadlines, and deliverable quality. Main Responsibilities: * Gather and analyze requirements with clients or internal users. * Develop work plans, schedules, budgets, and risk matrices. * Coordinate human, technological, and logistical resources for proper project execution. * Monitor progress, milestones, costs, risks, and quality. * Manage incidents, scope changes, and contingencies. * Maintain constant communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. * Prepare executive reports, documentation, and agreement follow-up records. * Coordinate project closure and lessons-learned documentation. Requirements: * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Bachelor's degree holder or equivalent. * Project Management specialization or certification is desirable. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of traditional and/or agile methodologies. * Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday, or similar. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Process improvement knowledge is desirable.
