Job Summary: We are seeking a Credit Back Office professional with experience in evaluating, monitoring, and analyzing credit operations to provide operational support for the credit process. We are currently looking for a **Credit Back Office** professional with strong analytical skills, experience in credit processes, and attention to detail. If you have experience in application evaluation, operational follow-up, and financial analysis, this opportunity is for you! **What will be your main challenge?** Providing operational support for the credit process, ensuring proper evaluation, monitoring, and control of operations in accordance with policies established by the financial institution. **What are we looking for in you?** * Experience in Back Office, credit, financial operations, or intangible products areas (mandatory). * Knowledge of credit processes and documentation. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and capacity to monitor key performance indicators. * Immediate availability. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Evaluate credit applications according to policies and parameters established by the financial institution. * Review documentation and validate necessary information for the credit process. * Register, manage, and monitor operations through disbursement and post-disbursement stages. * Prepare financial reports, management indicators, and control dashboards. * Track progress and achievement of operational objectives. * Contribute to minimizing risks within the credit process. **Competencies we seek:** * High sense of commitment and professional ethics. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organization and accountability. * Effective communication. * Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines. **What do we offer?** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Contracting modality via Receipt for Professional Services (RXH). * Working hours: * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. * Opportunity to develop yourself in the financial sector. * Experience with major banking institutions.
