Collaboration in the organization and preparation of dishes **REQUIREMENTS**: * Willingness to work in the district of Lince. * Age: 20 to 30 years old. * Cooking experience (1 year or more). * Knowledge of general Creole and Peruvian dishes. * Must be responsible, efficient, possess good communication skills, teamwork ability, proactive, and organized (able to work under pressure). * Copy of national ID (DNI), health certificate, police and criminal background check (CUL), and study or work certificate. * Studies in Gastronomy (preferred) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation of daily dishes. * Plating during service hours. * Assisting with mise en place. * Receiving and producing ingredients. * Organizing and storing ingredients. * Organizing and cleaning the kitchen area.
