Job Summary: We are seeking a Digital Analyst for our Marketing team, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to generate leads and achieve business objectives. H&B Real Estate Group is looking for a Digital Analyst to join its Marketing team. **Job Objective** \*Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to generate leads and achieve business objectives, analyze results, and maximize advertising ROI.\* **Main Responsibilities** * Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and other required platforms. * Monitor campaign performance and propose continuous improvement actions. * Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance-driven optimizations. * Coordinate with Design to create and adapt advertising assets. * Prepare performance reports and dashboards as required by Marketing and Sales departments. * Analyze key metrics and present data-driven recommendations. * Manage efficient allocation of the digital advertising budget. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in similar roles. * Certifications or specialized courses in Digital Trafficking, Paid Media, or digital campaign management. * Experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads. * Knowledge of KPIs, campaign performance analysis, and optimization techniques. * Preferred experience in real estate, automotive, or service sectors. **Competencies** * Analytical thinking. * Results orientation. * Organization and planning. * Proactivity. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. **Work Conditions** * Schedule: Monday to Friday. * Initial engagement: 1 month on service invoice (honorarium receipt). * Subsequently, formal employment under MYPE payroll. * Opportunity for professional growth within a company with over 14 years of experience in the real estate sector.
