A national food industry company specializing in industrial baking is seeking top talent for the position of **QUALITY INSPECTOR \- AFTERNOON AND NIGHT SHIFT** **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed studies in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality departments of food processing companies (baking sector). * Knowledge of measurement equipment used for quality control in food production. * Availability to work rotating shifts: **afternoon shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM** and **night shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.** * Thorough knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Peruvian sanitary regulations. * A responsible, committed, proactive, organized professional with strong teamwork skills. * Preferably residing in districts near Cercado de Lima. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct quality control activities for raw materials, inputs, and packaging upon food receipt, using established receipt control forms. * Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all storage and processing areas, in accordance with sanitary requirements, as well as Good Storage Practices (GSP), labeling, and product rotation (FIFO/FEFO). * Monitor adherence to procedures, instructions, form completion, and control charts outlined in the “Good Manufacturing Practices” and “Hygiene, Sanitation, and Pest Control Program” manuals. * Deliver training to production staff. * Support implementation of methodologies, procedures, instructions, and work standards, ensuring application of good manufacturing and hygiene practices. * Conduct internal sanitary inspections at the facility. * Assist the Quality Manager with tasks required to achieve departmental objectives. * Verify that sanitation, order, and general cleanliness processes are properly implemented in food processing and storage areas. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits (general regime). * Salary between S/.1500 to S/1,700\. * Pleasant working environment. * Opportunity for professional development in the field.
