WORK SCHEDULE * Monday to Saturday * 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. REQUIREMENTS * Students or graduates in **Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields**. * Minimum **3 months** of experience in recruitment, selection, or related functions. * Availability to perform fieldwork. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals. * Proactivity, responsibility, and results orientation. * Basic proficiency in social media, WhatsApp, and digital tools. RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate with various municipalities for participation in job fairs, employment exchanges, and other activation events. * Participate in job fairs and recruitment activities. * Conduct on-site candidate sourcing, accompanied by the team. * Provide information about available job opportunities. * Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews. * Contact and follow up with applicants. * Support the dissemination of job openings via social media and other channels. * Register and update the candidate database. * Meet established recruitment and coverage targets set by the department.
