Drive the adoption of development best practices and quality standards. **Date:** May 21, 2026 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Responsible for defining and executing the technical strategy within the tribe, ensuring that digital product technology solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives and the technology roadmap.**What will you do in this role?** * Define and oversee the technical architecture of digital solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business strategic objectives and GTM. * Guide and develop technical leaders, strengthening their decision-making capabilities, ensuring technical consistency, and fostering a collaborative and continuously learning environment. * Drive the adoption of development best practices (automated testing, continuous integration, clean code), guaranteeing high quality standards across all teams. * Facilitate coordination between tribe teams and cross-functional areas (architecture, security, etc.), managing dependencies and resolving technical blockers agilely. * Promote technological innovation by evaluating and incorporating new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to optimize processes and reduce development time. * Ensure delivery of robust, high-impact solutions, continuously improving operational efficiency, product quality, and user satisfaction. **What do we need from you?** * Technical or university degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a technical leader or solution/software architect. * Minimum 5 years of experience as a software developer or in related roles. * Experience participating in projects for mass-consumption companies (preferred). * Backend development knowledge with NodeJS, Java and/or Golang. * Web development knowledge with React or Angular. * Solid understanding of software architecture and architectural design patterns. * Knowledge of cloud technologies on Azure for distributed solutions. * Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps preferred). * Familiarity with the Scrum framework. * Languages: Basic to intermediate English.
