We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **Warehouse Operator**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Education:** Completed secondary education. * **Residence:** Must reside in the eastern zone (Huachipa, Ate, or nearby areas). * **Availability:** Able to work fixed shifts (Day, Afternoon, or Night). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receipt and dispatch of merchandise. * Picking and inventory counting. * Stacking, unstacking, and kardex registration. **BENEFITS:** * Full payroll registration from day one, including all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, etc.). * Base salary of S/ 1,300 \+ overtime pay \+ night shift bonus (as applicable). * Meal coverage (70% lunch / 100% breakfast for early-morning shift). * Commuting allowance based on shift. * Career path opportunity starting from the 6th month and industrial vehicle certification starting from the 3rd month. * Educational agreements, medical campaigns, and health/schooling loans. * Timely biweekly payments.
