What are we looking for in you? * Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in software engineering, computer systems, information technology, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience performing helpdesk or technical support functions. * Intermediate-level knowledge of N8n, SQL, Workspace, ERP, MS Office, and ticketing systems. * Basic English proficiency. * Desired: Experience with automation tools and artificial intelligence. Your key responsibilities: * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users, addressing hardware and software incidents. * Resolve incidents ensuring their registration and tracking in the ticketing system until proper resolution. * Manage user access, including email accounts, domains, and permissions in internal systems. * Coordinate daily with all departments to deliver technical support and resolve issues. * Perform installation, configuration, and preventive maintenance of computers, laptops, and printers. * Manage quotations and procurement of minor IT supplies or equipment. * Update and maintain equipment inventory and develop user guides for the knowledge base.
