Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation and handling, maintain order and hygiene in the area, and provide support to the team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in daily food preparation and production. 2. Maintenance of order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. 3. Operational support to the kitchen team. At Sarcletti, we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team at the Club Unión Árabe Palestino, located in Santiago de Surco. Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Responsibilities: * Assist in ingredient preparation and daily production. * Perform washing, cutting, and portioning of food items. * Assist in plating and dispatching dishes. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. * Comply with food handling and food safety regulations. * Provide operational support to the kitchen team for day-to-day tasks.
