Job Summary: We are seeking a Fleet Advisor Assistant to activate units, train drivers on app usage, service types, and operational changes, and coordinate performance. Key Highlights: 1. Key responsibilities in operational management and driver training We are looking for personnel for the position of FLEET ADVISOR ASSISTANT Main Responsibilities: * Unit activation for the Operations area. * Training drivers on the driver app usage. * Training drivers on key aspects: service types, penalties, and operational changes. * Training, onboarding, and retention of new drivers. * Verification of personal appearance and requirements of drivers visiting the office. * Coordination with internal departments to monitor driver performance. Requirements: * Completed secondary education, or ongoing/completed technical studies. * Minimum 3–6 months of experience in executive taxi or transportation services (preferred). * Basic proficiency in computer tools (user level). * Knowledge of routes in Lima and Callao. * Availability to work onsite in San Luis. We Offer: Monthly fixed salary. Formal employment registration (SME).
