Job Summary: We are seeking an Electronic Security Engineer for design, execution, and technical support in engineering and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and installation of electronic security systems 2. Technical supervision and execution of projects 3. Material management and compliance with SSOMA standards At **IBENTEL S.A.C.**, a company specialized in comprehensive engineering solutions and infrastructure projects, we are looking for an **Electronic Security Engineer** to contribute to the design, execution, and technical support of our projects. **Requirements** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic security projects or installations (preferred). * Knowledge of IP networks, structured cabling, and blueprint reading. * Proficiency in office productivity tools and advanced technical software (AutoCAD, Excel, MS Project). * Willingness to perform fieldwork and travel to provinces. * Familiarity with regulations applicable to security and fire protection systems, especially NFPA 72, RNE, and related standards. **Responsibilities** * Design installation and configuration of CCTV, access control, alarm, fire detection, and BMS systems. * Assist in field supervision and technical execution of projects. * Conduct technical surveys, daily reports, protocols, and progress documentation. * Support equipment programming and functional testing. * Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse for material and tool management. * Comply with Safety, Health, and Environmental Management (SSOMA) standards during field activities. * Prepare budgets, quantity take-offs, and quotations for electronic security systems, including equipment, materials, labor, and associated services. **SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES:** * Teamwork and leadership * Communication at all levels * Problem solving * Negotiation **BENEFITS:** \- Formal employment registration with full statutory benefits from the first day of work.
