The Concierge will be the key person ensuring smooth facility operations and maintaining a secure environment. This position requires customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage various tasks. Rotating schedule (weekly day \- night shift); 12-hour shifts qualify for overtime pay. **Responsibilities:** * Control access to the condominium, ensuring only residents and authorized personnel enter the premises. * Provide friendly and professional assistance to residents. * Collaborate with the common areas and management teams to uphold the condominium’s positive image. * Assist in managing deliveries and receiving resident mail or packages. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a concierge or in similar roles. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Responsible, punctual, and positive attitude. * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
