In our organization, we seek an **Engineering Coordinator** with a holistic vision, analytical capability, and project management experience to lead the technical review and coordination of projects with international stakeholders. **Work Mode:** On-site – Miraflores **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Employment Type:** Service Contract (Receipt for Professional Services) What will be your purpose? Manage, supervise, and validate engineering project documentation, ensuring compliance with deadlines, contractual scopes, and established quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate with designers and stakeholders (national and international) to ensure project progress. * Review and analyze technical documentation across various disciplines. * Validate engineering scopes and compliance with contractual requirements. * Ensure technical integration among disciplines (civil, architecture, surveying, soil mechanics). * Monitor adherence to deliverables within established timelines. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum **5 years of general experience**, and **3 years in engineering projects**. * **Advanced English proficiency mandatory** (reading, writing, and verbal communication). * Comprehensive technical knowledge in: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Surveying, and Soil Mechanics. * Experience coordinating technical teams and managing stakeholders. * Strong analytical ability and technical judgment for reviewing documentation. * Effective communication skills and collaborative work ethic.
