




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage personnel administration, attendance, social security procedures, and internal communication in a graphic arts company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive personnel administration and attendance management. 2. Management of social security procedures and benefits. 3. Coordination of onboarding sessions and internal communication. Our client is a company in the graphic arts sector. **Requirements:** Degree in Accounting, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. 2 years of experience in HR assistant roles involving personnel administration. Familiarity with the BUK platform (preferred). Availability to work in San Miguel from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM. **Responsibilities** Administer the attendance system, timekeeping records, and overtime compensation. Process employee onboarding and offboarding in the T-Register and manage subsidy applications via EsSalud’s VIVA platform. Coordinate occupational medical examinations and onboarding for new employees. Manage a petty cash fund. Oversee daily snack services and coordinate special orders with suppliers for overtime shifts. Process payroll account openings, CTS deposits, and physically deliver pay slips and settlement documents.
