Verification of compliance with safety and quality standards Huarcaya Group, a company engaged in manufacturing and project execution, is looking for a Junior Project Supervisor to join its team. **Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project or Construction Supervisor. * Experience in field supervision of execution, progress control, and on-site coordination. * Knowledge of planning, scheduling, and resource control. * Experience in public-sector projects (schools, hospitals) or private-sector projects (hotels, retail, small-scale commerce, multifamily buildings). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of occupational safety and health is desirable. * Willingness to work on construction sites. * Project management knowledge, preferably in furniture implementation or construction. **Responsibilities** * Supervise proper project execution in accordance with drawings and schedules. * Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and contractors. * Monitor physical progress, deadlines, and resource utilization. * Verify compliance with safety and quality standards. * Prepare project progress and monitoring reports. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
