We are currently seeking a **Maintenance Manager** for a company in the tourism and entertainment sector. We seek a responsible, proactive individual with leadership capabilities who can ensure the proper functioning of facilities and equipment. **Work Modality** * On-site in Chancay * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Rotating weekly rest days **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities * Coordinate and lead the maintenance and cleaning team * Supervise basic electrical, plumbing, and general repair work * Ensure proper operation of equipment and infrastructure * Manage supplies, tools, and area requirements * Ensure compliance with safety regulations **Requirements** * Technical or higher education in Maintenance, Electricity, Mechanics, or related fields * Prior experience in general maintenance (electricity, plumbing, etc.) * Experience leading work teams * Availability to work in Chancay **Benefits** * Market-competitive salary (negotiable based on experience) * Bi-weekly payments * Formal payroll enrollment starting from the second month * (First month under Service Invoice) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.5,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Where do you currently reside? * Expected salary * Which areas have you worked in previously?
