Positive work environment We are looking for a professional who can join our team with a strong service orientation and excellent disposition for customer interaction. **Requirements:** · Graduate of a technical or university program in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields. · Experience in customer service or reception roles within service-oriented companies. · Experience in cash handling. · Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. · Strong communication skills and appropriate personal presentation. **Responsibilities:** · Provide friendly and efficient service to customers. · Schedule appointments and coordinate with veterinarians. · Respond to messages and inquiries via WhatsApp. · Sell products at the Pet Shop. · Cash handling: collecting payments, daily cash reconciliation, and system recording. **We Offer:** · Compensation: S/ 1,500\. · Enrollment in the General Payroll Regime from day one. · Schedule: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week (1 rest day). · Work location: Surco. · Positive work environment.
